How Vektron works

One sequence runs behind every engagement, from the first brief to the first meeting. The client keeps the negotiation, the contract and the money.

The sequence

  1. The client sets the brief: the counterparties it needs, the markets, the deal size, and any relationships we must not approach.
  2. We build a long list from registries, filings, permits, tender notices and trade press, then cut it to a target list. Each company on it is checked against public records before anyone is contacted. The client approves the list.
  3. Campaigns run on LinkedIn, Google and trade media against the same companies, so the client's name is known before the first letter arrives.
  4. Written approaches go to the decision-maker at each company, by email and LinkedIn, with the facts that counterparty checks first: specification and volume, project stage and size, or lending criteria.
  5. Replies are logged, and contact continues until the person books a meeting or declines.
  6. Meetings go into the client's calendar with a short written note on each counterparty.

Agentic systems

Agentic systems are software agents that carry out defined tasks without being prompted at each step: researching companies, drafting approaches, sending scheduled messages, logging replies and proposing meeting times. Vektron staff set their rules and review each sequence. Every conversation stays logged and moving, however many run at once.

What the client keeps

Negotiation, pricing, contracts, due diligence and payment. Vektron does not sign, negotiate or hold funds for any client.
