Industrial marketing in Zimbabwe

What does industrial marketing in Zimbabwe involve?

Zimbabwean manufacturers ran at 55.9% of capacity in 2025, according to the Confederation of Zimbabwe Industries. Mineral processing is where the new plants are: Huayou has commissioned a lithium sulphate plant, and Sinomine and Yahua are building theirs. Industrial marketing in Zimbabwe means finding the plants and projects that fit the client's plans and reaching the owners and plant managers.

The Confederation of Zimbabwe Industries (CZI) represents manufacturers. ZIDA licenses investors and runs the special economic zone unit. The Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (PRAZ) oversees public buying. Mining companies building processing plants buy equipment, reagents and services.
